Instructions for Response to Reviewer Comments
- If your paper has been accepted, you are required to revise the manuscript based on all comments and suggestions provided by the reviewers.
- Authors who do not adequately address the reviewer comments may still be allowed to present their paper and receive presenter certificates; however, there is no guarantee that the paper will be included in IEEE Xplore.
- All revisions must be carried out to ensure that both the technical content and the writing quality meet the standards required by IEEE.
- Authors are required to complete the Response to Reviewer Comments document to demonstrate how each reviewer comment has been addressed. This document will be used by the conference chair to verify that all requested revisions have been properly made.
- The Response to Reviewer Comments document can be downloaded here: Download Template
- Each reviewer's comment must be addressed clearly, and authors must indicate where the revision has been made in the manuscript (including section, paragraph, table, figures, and page number).
- If additional content is added, describe the addition and indicate where it can be found. If you disagree with a reviewer’s comment, provide a clear and academic justification. All responses should be written in a polite and professional tone, and all changes in the manuscript must be clearly highlighted or tracked to facilitate verification.
- As the paper has been accepted, authors may complete the manuscript with full author information, including names and affiliations. The author list must remain consistent with the submission in EDAS; no addition or removal of authors is allowed. The chair will verify this information.
- The revised paper (PDF version) must be submitted to EDAS.
- The Response to Reviewer Comments document and the revised manuscript (Word format) must be submitted through this link: Submit Here
